The CS2 is designed to space round and non-round containers before entering an inspection machine. The servo-driven CS2 can be used stand-alone or integrated with FleXinspect machines.

The CS4 is designed to space round and non-round containers before entering an inspection machine. The servo-driven CS4 can be used stand-alone or integrated with FleXinspect machines.

The CSmulti is a container separator designed to space multiple article types with different diameters before entering any inspection machine. The servo-driven CSmulti spaces both round and non-round containers and can be used stand-alone or integrated with FleXinspect machines. 

The AL accurately rotates containers in any orientation on a conveyor. This device couples with the Article type identifier or FleXinspect B to gather positional feedback. The AL orients round and non-round containers for optimal sidewall inspection and/or orients containers for packaging.

The IQM automatically checks container characteristics before entering FleXinspect machines. It detects and removes unwanted containers that are broken, fallen, stuck, over/under height as well as other dimensional issues. The IQM improves line efficiencies saving time, labor, and money by reducing line stoppages without human intervention.

The WAP is designed to divert containers standing upright from a main conveyor to an alternate conveyor. It can be used for container rejection, sorting, and selection applications.
