The mechanical setup of the HST is setup in minutes. The operator interface is intuitive and controls both the CS2 and the WT. The long-lasting wheel design with deflection covers are less prone to embedded glass fragments and can be changed in minutes.

The TID provides non-contact thread inspection on round and non-round containers using the latest AI technology. The TID’s four dedicated cameras ensure a 360-degree view of the entire finish.

TheDIM accurately measures containers without contact as an integrated option on FleXinspect machines. Telecentric optics with two high-resolution cameras provide undistorted views of each passing container while measuring diameters, height, lean, and bent necks.

The ATI is designed to determine a container’s type and/orientation without contact. It is used for sorting multiple container types on a single-line conveyor or identifying the container type for downstream inspection. When connected to the Container Aligner, containers can be positioned for optimal sidewall inspection or orientated for packaging.
