WAP wave pusher
The Wave Pusher WAP is designed to divert containers standing upright from a main conveyor to an alternate conveyor. It can be used for container rejection, sorting, and selection applications. The WAP diverts round, non-round and multiple-type containers at speeds up to 350 per minute. It can be used as a standalone device or integrated with FleXinspect machines.

- 24 movable fingers when folded down make a curved rail for container diversion
- Deflection movement up to 120mm (4.72”)
- Pneumatic air cylinder control for smooth container movement
- Mounts directly to conveyor side plates
- High speed reliable container selection or rejection
- Fits within 651mm (25.6”) of linear conveyor length
- Air pressure sensor continuously monitors incoming pressure for reliable operation
