Health+ offers a detailed equipment audit of your complete production line, from Feeder to Lehr. Whether you need assistance in evaluating equipment condition periodically, or to define a scope for a possible future repair project during a major stoppage, Health+ provides everything that you need.

Primarily, we focus on the mechanical condition of your equipment, as well as each assembly’s impact on production performance. As optional extras, controls systems, automation products and production set-ups can also be included within the scope.

Evaluations are made by our Senior Service Engineers, whilst the activities are led by our Global Head of Mechanical and Maintenance Services. All our operatives have vast experience in their field.

Providing detailed reports and recommendations based on the OEM Global Benchmark for the relevant equipment age, we will then advise on condition, upgrades, parts and service scheduling.

In essence, our Health+ team provides all the necessary information to enable you to bring your equipment back to life.

Health checks

Whether across a Forming or Inspection production line, we recommend a minimum of two days onsite to sufficiently understand the machine performance, maintenance history and provide a detailed evaluation. For each additional production line included in the scope, one additional day should be allocated.

To thoroughly inspect feeder, delivery and ware handling systems, a minimum of one hour production stoppage is recommended. It is therefore advised to plan a Health+ visit in advance to coincide with a job change, spout change or colour change.
