InspectXcellence from Bucher Emhart Glass is a structured mid- to long-term service program designed to maximize Flex Inspect Gen III machines performance and operator expertise. It starts with a comprehensive on-site audit covering equipment condition, maintenance practices, spare parts management, and hands-on operator support in inspection, troubleshooting, and quality control.
InspectXcellence is available for all Gen III Inspection Products.
Phase 1 – Stabilization
The first year focuses on stabilizing and optimizing equipment performance. Two targeted on-site visits, planned for Month 4 and Month 12, provide a structured approach to ensuring reliable machine operation. Key activities include a comprehensive Machine Condition Audit, as well as proactive support and troubleshooting to identify potential issues early and maintain consistent performance.
Phase 2 – Continuous Improvement
Following the stabilization phase, our focus shifts to continuous improvement. Annual on-site visits support the existing inspection equipment and help ensure long-term reliability and performance. An important part of this phase is on-site knowledge transfer, empowering operators with the skills and knowledge needed to use the equipment effectively, identify potential issues, and prevent avoidable performance losses.
This ongoing support approach combines technical expertise with knowledge sharing to maximize equipment availability, performance, and lifetime value.
Our support approach is designed to ensure reliable, continuous production while maximizing machine performance and efficiency. Operators receive hands-on support with machine setup, fine-tuning, and troubleshooting, helping to resolve issues quickly and maintain stable operation.
We also support customers with on-site parts management and the implementation of effective maintenance routines, reducing downtime and keeping machines running reliably. Through continuous knowledge transfer and operator training, we strengthen internal skills and enable teams to operate and maintain the equipment more effectively.
The result is improved machine performance, reduced downtime, and increased overall production efficiency.
