High Speed Squeeze Tester (HST 1000)

• Provides on-line, 100%, 360º testing of each container
• Squeeze pressure and testing surfaces are adjustable to the container being tested
• Finish covering surfaces protect ware before, during and after testing
• Wheel / shoe design for round container testing
• Two wheel design for non-round ware testing
• Structural testing up to 400 bpm
• Close-couples to Ware Transporter for cullet removal
  

Wall Thickness Inspection System (WTIS)

• Utilizes capacitance measuring on up to 4 vertical areas (up to 8 as a TIM or TrIM option)
• Provides actual inch or metric thickness measurements (min, max, ratio) for each inspection strip
• Rejection and Alarm parameters may be set for Under-Min, Over-Max, and Min-Max Ratio
